Quick Mussels Marinara
Ingredients:
1 pound Vac Pack Mussels 1 Jar Favorite Tomato Sauce
Place Vac Pack Mussels in simmering water for about 2 minutes. In a skillet heat your favorite tomato sauce then add mussels. Continue to simmer for additional 2 minutes. Serve alone or with your favorite pasta.
Mussels Steamed in White Wine
Ingredients
1 onion, chopped 2 garlic cloves, minced 1 bay leaf 2 teaspoon basil 1/4 cup celery, chopped olive oil 8 ounces dry white wine 1 pound mussels parsley Directions 1. Cover celery with olive oil. 2. Sauté onions, garlic, bay leaf, basil and celery together. 3. Add the wine and mussels. 4. Cover and steam for 4-6 minutes. 5. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
